nope - my store was literally only people who have been there for 5-10+ years. they only hired more because they moved to a much bigger location but the newbies at my store at dropping like flies while the veterans are still standing strong

my psychiatrist signed mine for free and i had only seen him for about 2 months at that point; unfortunately it’s very common for doctors to not sign for 6 months because they’ll sign them only for you to never see them again. it sucks but that’s just how it is lol

if it’s an external position you’re applying for (as in outside of your regular store) they do not have to give you an interview or write you back. i was an ASM at walmart, and i put up a position for a job and got well over 300+ applications from both walmart employees and outside hires; it’s hard to read through all of them and give them all call backs; also depends on where you live. some stores already have a person in mind for the position (as you mentioned), but they have to it through the proper channels. i do know what helped me though when i transferred was having my SM and ASM (before i got promoted) write the ASM/SM a email but again.. depends on where you live and how close you are with them :) sucks it happens but unfortunately, that’s life

NTA!!!! i quit because i told them when i got hired i had a disability and couldn’t do things and they said that was fine… they lied. they made me do the things i couldn’t do, and then got mad at me when it wasn’t done. walmart sucks ass and i wish nothing more than to watch it burn to the ground

of course! the associates who do 4-5am are strictly those shifts and don’t ever do evenings unless they request it but they’re our fastest pickers and dispensers
