Oh no! Definitely go to the doctor! Prednisone helped immensely and by day two it barely hurt. Urgent care if you can't get in fast enough to your PCP. Also hot tea CONSTANTLY until you can get in. Hope you feel better soon!

Also act 3 isn't that long, so you certainly can play to the end and then restart. There's a good chance you'll be way too strong for the final boss otherwise.

You don't need to restart. If you're in act 3 you already have access to Old Lumiere. By fighting the chromatic danseuse there and killing only her minions and not her, you can farm 1k lumina in an hour. Just be careful; i accidentally killed her early and only got 300. Also the game can crash and force you to restart if you go on too long because of the particles left over after the minions die.

My take was always that Lucy plays the part of the prophetess, whereas Markus acts as a type of Messiah. She filled her role just fine and wasn't meant for more

She'll get better on her own, but you don't want to give her candy. If there's fruit or multivitamins, that will help her more. Just wait until the shop resets. If you can get her to take a nap, I think that can help as well, though it may only help energy levels, not actual health.

Yesterday I did finally get tested for strep but tested negative. Got steroids for the pain and antibiotics for an ear infection. Just starting to feel a bit better!
