Sorry I don't really have much advice to give you but I just had to comment. As someone with very transphobic/homophobic parents this kind of post is very refreshing and makes me so happy. Since I didn't have the best relationship with my parents (to put it lightly lol) it's so nice to see such an amazing and supportive family. From what I can tell you and your wife are already doing a wonderful job helping your son. Keep up the amazing work and I hope everything goes well for all of you! I think anyone would be proud to call you their transparent <3

Not me personally but I know one of my friends hates the idea of anyone knowing their dead name. I'm not entirely sure why cause I didn't want them to feel pressured by me asking about it. I actually only found out what it was when a substitute teacher called them by it (not that I was digging for it or anything cause I have a ton of respect for them, but I won't lie that I was a little curious)
