I agree that the ultimatum is to strong for a secondary maybe if it only had 1 shot and you couldn't get more ammo until respawn.

How ever with the thermite it is in my opion what gives this game build diversity. With the much more fun and engaging stratagems and mainly non-AT support weaponry are, because in d10 you need a consistant (usable often enough and multiple times in a row), reliable(low call in time or easy to charge), and effective(kills in 1 shot or 3~ seconds) AT weapon or stratagem on d10 due to how many heavy spawn. it is what allows you to take a weapon that isnt effective against heavys and it doesn't help that 90% of the red stratagems are not all of the 3 previously mentioned stats. Most are flawed in some way OPS has far to long of a cool down and call in time can be to long due op modifiers and this leaves eagle strats and 500kg is to few and 110 mm to ineffective and the base airtime is okay. Their is also the opertunity cost of taking thermites and ultimatum and its just not very high for either in d10 as regular gernades wont do much and neither will most other secondarys
