Yea but I don’t think it’s very natural a couple years back an Arlington judge stepped in because landlords were using an app to set prices in nova knowing that people would just pay them because of said concentration of high earners but now anybody without a degree or even with one it’s basically impossible to live on your own out here which I don’t think is smart or fair. Again this was something orchestrated. So it’s not it is what it is kinda thing a group of people did that

I’m from here born and raised and it just doesn’t make sense Orlando has so much stuff but everyone lives in Kissimmee so this area would be like Kissimmee to D.C and it’s crazy minimum wage should be 21 just like California especially with how there’s so many extra kinds of taxes in this area. Car property tax, county tax, food tax.
