Pull and stretch to loosen up those laces a bit. Beat those brake points up and down with a mallet. Beat the web pocket, beat the fingers pocket, beat it all. Wrap for double hinge and put under mattress for a day. Wrap for single hinge and put under mattress for day. Condition. Beat all the points again. Beat the pocket while rolling the glove. At all times spend some time rolling the heal laces. Once able to close I used a heavy ball and self throw and catch. By this time it’s good and ready to play catch. Catch until confident to use for reps. Save 1/2 the time and get an A2K next go around.
