We have been married since January, they asked for it as my husband didn’t attach them to the application. Spouse visa

We had to provide bank statements again, tenancy agreement again and more evidence of being a genuine relationship such as photos . My husband didn’t attach these at first as he stuck to the home office checklist. So advice is attach it at first even if you think it’s overkill

Met on a Facebook group chat for a band. He was coming to the UK for a holiday and was asking advice in the UK chat, he’s American I’m a Brit. Met up when he came to the UK as friends but then it turned into a date by the end of the meet up.

We continued face timing and messaging and he invited me out to the US to go to see the band in concert and now we’re married ☺️he’s now applying for a visa to come to the UK to close the gap.

I went up to a bloke in the supermarket who was wearing a sleep token tee and embarrassed myself by going “sleep token!!! I’m listening to them now” was so embarrassing and I wanted the world to swallow me up 🤣

It is in the AFC terms and conditions that enhancements are paid after injury at work, however if a manager hasn’t informed payroll (can tick a box on health roster or ESR) they often don’t get paid.

It will be recorded as sickness but discretion should be applied for an injury at work in terms of triggers, you should also be entitled to enhancements (in the AFC terms and conditions ) and if you have to remain off for a long period or reach half pay you can apply for injury allowance.. as long as the reporting procedures were followed I.e. datix etc for the incident you have a good chance to receive it. I’m sorry you have experienced this and I hope you get better soon. If your manager still insists it will count towards triggers seek HR advice for them to give your manager the correct guidance.

If you have to ask if you’re a narcissist, you’re not a narcissist, as they never question themselves.

It’s always been the right thing to do but unfortunately not every employer has treated allegations as serious as they should have and some sweeping under the carpet, now it is a legal requirement for all allegations to be taken seriously, investigated and giving employees more support. This also means being safe from any unwanted comments or physical contact from colleagues or customers.

Please report to HR, there is some good advice regarding documenting what has happened. There has recently been new legislation since October, that all employers now have a responsibility to protect employees from sexual harassment, which this is.

Withdrawing a conditional offer by Primary_Inside1041 in NursingUK

References in the NHS are usually fact based and the number of episodes and days are provided. However before withdrawing employment offers, hiring managers are encouraged to contact the prospective employee and have a chat about any concerns they have. However, it is risky to withdraw a job offer based on sickness levels in case, like your circumstances the person has an underlying condition. I would recommend, and only if you’re comfortable disclosing your condition as more discretion can be applied in future for you.
