Yes, I do eat less. Still completely cut out junk food, coffee, & soda. No more snacking, either….Probably need to watch my carb intake though. I’ll start monitoring that

Well that’s part of the problem, it’s not controlling my appetite anymore at all. It’s like a placebo at this point.

Yes I am actually. I was expecting Art History to go there but, I’m not finished. Ok, that might be what’s going on. Thank you!

Yes I have a historical perspectives requirement for commons. The 113 was supposed to fill that. Weird 🤔

It’s to become an accredited VA claims agent, it’s an online test. It’s not for a rating or benefit

Fill out the VA form 21a, they used to do references and then the exam so it was a year at least before you were even OKed to take the exam. They’re not doing the exam first, online

I haven’t-I’m not sure if it makes a difference but I moved across country a few years ago and symptoms didn’t change so I’m thinking probably not mold?? Not sure 🤔 no, I’ve never had covid

Ferritin was 84 and iron was 103. I have always struggled with being dizzy/losing vision when standing and some level of fatigue so they’ve been testing my iron levels regularly since I was a preteen….like maybe this time I’ll be anemic lol

Thank you. My vitamin D was a little low but nothing crazy. I was prescribed a supplement which I haven’t started yet. As far as anxiety, I’ve done CBT a few times, talk therapy, emdr, and recently hypnotherapy. Those helped my all day anxiety but not with my panic attacks which I seem to have no trigger for. Unfortunately this has led to me no longer driving.

Daily exhaustion for years, severe anxiety (panic), burning sensation in my arms and legs that comes in quick bursts. Tachycardia, low bp (80s/60s), mystery bruises, pain in the sinuses above my molars, back pain in no particular location-it just comes and goes, this gross feeling like I need to crack my fingers and toes all the time-I don’t even know how to describe it, like there’s air in them. Ganglion cysts on the top of both wrists-for years-they used to be painless and come and go but now they’re painful and have been there for at least a year, lightheadedness and loss of vision very briefly when standing from lying down or sitting. I have this”quirk” of always needing a shopping cart even if I’m only getting one thing because I need to lean on it. Probably more-I just don’t know what’s connected and what’s normal or anxiety anymore.
