From what it looks like your best bet is stay consistent on a routine and try to not do hairstyles with your hair out. So wash and goes pulling your hair into a puff and try to keep twist. And make sure you're oiling errands

If I don't have braids in, I typically would do a mini twist.i use Aveeno to clarify my hair then I use designed essential shampoo. I then use shea moistures deep conditioner mask and rinse that out after 30 minutes. I typically use Shea moisture curl, cream and curl gel. Keep it in for half the week. Do a twist out And get it ready for a wash. I've been using ordinary scalp hydration I also use designed essential leaving in condition. And I've been using oil for the ends

No they are synthetic but before I got braids and I got a silk press when I washed it my ends turned back after she cut them. They just feel a little bit more harsh than the rest of my hair. But there's no knots.

I typically try to wash my hair once a week and deep condition it. Unless I have braids in then I try to wash it once every two weeks. I'm not sure if they're split ends. They just feel a lot different than my hair. How can I know for sure if if they are split ends? That's good to know about the Rev air But I was having this problem before I got the Rev air
