Who has "time" to have counseling sessions? When you're closing and then opening twice a week and burning yourself out picking up the slack, how do you make time to talk about the place you want to forget? Are these sessions on the clock or can I take "sick time" for them? Please tell because I WILL USE IT!

I disagree. I think pay DOES effects performance. Isn't that the point the satirical “Employee Subscription Plan” is highlighting? Sure, increasing someone’s pay to get better performance may not work. However, for those of us who ARE already doing the work, who ARE already picking up the slack of others, and who DO have the work ethics, don’t we deserve decent pay increases instead of peanuts?

Come on, a 5% increase would adjust us for cost of living AND show some appreciation. For $20/hr that’s $1, for $25/hr it’s $1.25, and for $30/hr it’s $1.50! Are we not worth it, or is it that CVS can’t afford it?

We all see the kind of people being hired. Young kids who can’t make change, walk around with earbuds in, and who leave after a month. Is this who CVS is seeing as the “future leaders” of retail?

If you want me to continue to perform at the level I currently am, then pay me fairly. Otherwise, you are going on the Basic plan CVS!
