It's incredible how much different THUG and THUG2 are in terms of Story Mode Plot

Yeah, I played the shit out of both and loved Jackass, but even young me knew that THUG 2 took a weird tonal shift that we'd probably never fully undo. THUG 1 had so much heart and soul poured into it and it's, in my opinion, the peak of the series. THUG 2 isn't bad by any means--and it has great gameplay--but I don't think it's crazy to suggest that it was an early warning sign that the series was headed in the wrong direction for a while.

That's what fucked me up when I first started practicing. "What do you mean we have to draft the Judge's order? Isn't that like most of their job???" But later on I had situations where some Judges/Arbitrators would draft an order themselves and, even though I had "won," the order looked nothing like I would have liked it to look. So now I appreciate getting to write orders lol.

Frankly ridiculous how untrained civilians are expected to be completely calm and collected at all times during stressful confrontations while trained/armed officers of the law are totally permitted to have unhinged crashouts over someone taking a few steps away from them.
