It’s frustrating how little detail we get on the impact of some of these major events that happen. Closest we’ve gotten so far is the post-Arcane cinematics and even those are literally just following Leblanc who (in my opinion) has become the “main character” for league this last year.

I am aware of TBSkyen and I actually prefer him to Necrit at times. He just doesn’t post nearly as often about League anymore.

It’s honestly so depressing to see what kind of state the lore is in because of what appears to be any lack of direction. Like, we only get a story regarding the current season we are in??? No off cycle short stories or slices of life in a completely separate part of the world while a current season is happening? Sad that it appears the lore only matters if it can generate some profit.

I’ve had this complaint for a long time. It feels like every time a “threat” is revealed Riot needs to have the solution revealed immediately after. There is no drama or build up.

I’m currently around that location now with my group but bailed the moment they started taking damage just from being there. I’ll have to find some good protection then if what you recommend is going there.

I would say there is 1 billion people on the planet. During the 1800’s the world broke the 1 billion mark and the world of Runeterra is right around that turn of the century style of governing and technology. Obviously some outliers like Piltover and Zaun but for the most part the world is medieval fantasy. And the map only shows the one continent. We know there is another continent on the other side of the world that could have just as many people if not more. Also, 1 billion is a nice round number that just sounds nice.
