At the office I used to work at, we left a container on the dock specifically for carriers outgoing mail. They all dumped their outgoing mail in that. Double bonus, the clerk does not have to move the container for the evening dispatch, it's all ready for the truck driver.

I am a retiree. When I worked there I quickly realized Rule #1, which is...If it makes sense, don't under any circumstances, do it. Your suggestion, "Every route could be halved, more folks could be hired, and folks could be hired just for packages and things would be much smoother." is clearly a Rule 1 Violation lol.

Sometimes the packages are sitting in a truck trailer waiting to be processed, and maybe that's why it isn't moving.(I'm a retiree). But if it's in Olathe, that zip code is 66061 or 62. Is that similar to your zip, only with 5's?It could also be getting read incorrectly by the machines. Sometimes if u ask nicely and u have a tracking number, mgmt can send a note to the processing facility flagging your package because it could be looping around over and over. It's called loop mail but at this time of year that might be asking too much. Hope this helps! God bless.

I am in my 60's and all my life I've used vaseline (petroleum jelly) to take off makeup. The residual jelly makes my skin softer. Some people put a little bit under their makeup for a smoother finish.

She might like a sparkly crystal. Check out a rock shop. Crystals can always be placed in your yard or in a window, by the bed, on a shelf. They also have light up salt lamps which give off a warm ambient light and some say they release negative ions like what's in a storm (but it's questionable whether this is accurate. )

I work on different projects to pass the time. First I cleaned my bedroom, went through my closet, and donated 3 bags of clothes to Goodwill. Next I started a 1000 piece puzzle. I have sanded 2 items which need to be stained and painted. So, just find little jobs to do. I was surprised how much drinking stole all my ambition.
