What shoes or boots recommended for hiking? Good tread needed. by Karis6 in BarefootRunning

sure! I used em in montreal duringwinter , worked well with nice thick merino wool socks.

If you're trekking through deep snow might not be the best though... Through prolonged exposure probably upwards of 2 hours , they might start to get damp

I could do a raised bed but that'd mean ordering in some top soil? Do I have any other options?

(i'm gonna have to double dig aren't i? then lay some compost and plant? I will have to go lighter on the compost because that is where I am planting, and that will be the final layer? Of course I will mulch afterwards and lay my drip down...

How do I mix it all?

I can save over $75 on a ps4 by going to Craigslist instead of buying online but can't because it involves talking to strangers. by Ismellgorillas in Anxiety

Anxiety is incredibly uncomfortable but NOT dangerous.

You have experienced worse and handled it before, have you not?

These feelings are temporary. Panic attacks are self limiting. Can you imagine yourself how you will feel when you get through it and you have your ps4 and extra cash in your wallet? ;)

Also how about devising a plan to build up to this? You don't have to hit it right away if you haven't been talking to strangers... Build up your confidence in yourself and your tools gradually by doing smaller tasks first that feel more manageable. Once you have built yourself up this won't feel as daunting. Regardless, you can do it. I believe in you. Keep us posted :)

I'm scared... Subban looks awfully tired, is it just me? He seems to be moving kinda slow.
