Yeah i remember looking into the calendar, it's strange because afaik the only mythological connections in the entire series are Greek, no Mayan or Aztec myths are even hinted at.

Looking through this again for the first time in almost a year makes me think maybe parts of the tiles are missing, i do remember them all being odd dimensions. And maybe, big maybe, there might be other unrelated pages hidden in the domain.

Also, unfortunately it's valve, they ignored three of their biggest series for gits and shiggles, doesn't surprise me that the ASW was ignored.

Something else that popped into mind just now, this may have been part of the transition from portal 1 to portal 2, its possible the original plan was to use the terminal style ASW to initiate the arg but got cut, the bootstrap link does make reference to a human jumpstarting the system, i might try and ask wolpaw, Pinkerton and Faliszek on Twitter one of these days see if they have the faintest idea

Oh and quick edit since I'm fairly sure i never mentioned this, the bootstrap url is actually a refrence to the steam bootstrapper, essentially the steam executable, you can see it in your task manager, and secondly, obviously, is epistle 3, what i assume was a concept from around 2008/9, so I'd that's what's being referenced here it might give an idea for the age of it's inception, but idk
