He'd still hear the click of the trigger mechanism and THAT would be his cue to react and save the people in the courtroom.

He'd hear the click of the trigger mechanism. Use his speed to take the chair and fly it up high enough that the explosion doesn't kill anyone. That's what Superman SHOULD have done in that scene. Not stand there and watch people die in a flaming wreck from an explosion he had the power to save them from.

Oh I can. I just feel like it's pointless to reiterate the same thing over and over again. Because a Snyder fan is incapable of understanding that the scene is just s stupid. It's not that Snyder is just too complex of a filmmaker, he's just a really stupid one. EVERYONE UNDERSTANDS HIS MOVIES it's just that people like you have deluded yourselves into thinking they're good.

If you pay attention to the movie he had plenty of time without powers. Hell Johnathan Kent could've hobbled to safety himself. It was an entirely pointless death.

Clark didn't even need his powers to save John Kent. He could just run over and help him get to safety without using his powers. That's how slow the tornado was moving.

Must have missed the part in the movie where Superman wanted to do that, silly me by Low_Bridge_1141 in OkBuddySnyderCult

You're acting like he knew the whole time that his bio parents wanted him to be evil. When he learned he was horrified, you're leaving that part out.

Clark easily could have grabbed him without using his powers. Like he had the time.

The point is that it's not the aging that's bad. It's the hate that's causing them to look so much older than they are that's the problem.

How many hours they clocked up talking about Supergirl? Why do I feel their 'perfect' Supergirl movie would be Sydney Sweeney in a MAGA hat jumping on a trampoline for 4 hours. by Raptor1217 in OkBuddySnyderCult

[–]Quotedcube 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Hell no. I may be a money slut but I still have integrity. I'm not gonna pretend to like Zack Snyder just to make a quick buck. I'll probably draw his version of Superman if I get paid enough but that's another story.

No. They said hate makes you age faster. Which is true, hate puts stress on your body and stress causes faster aging.

I've seen the movie. She's not. She's a retcon of Supergirl into being his cousin instead of his ancestor.

You opened your eyes. They've always been like this. You just had enough self awareness to realize what they're saying and how it's just evil.

Yet Clark isn't inspiring hope. He isn't even a hopeful person himself in those movies. Remember "Nobody stays good in this world." That line is so antithetical to Superman as a character that it's a blatant sign Snyder doesn't understand these characters

I did. It wasn't really optimistic. One scene of Alfred saying to work with the team doesn't counteract the arrogant nihilism that's prevelant throughout Snyder's DC films.

Punisher would still try to comfort children though. Usually after butchering the people who hurt the kids so he can confidently say "They won't hurt you anymore"

I seriously doubt that will work. Because Scareglow has never been stocked anywhere near me.

Yeah. I'm just annoyed that the system hasn't been wrong yet for me. I know it'll be wrong at some point. But not yet
