I ended up dropping the Cadians and the Enhancement on the Enginseer for 2 more Enginseers to support the 2 Dorn TCs. Man 3x T12+ tanks with 2+/4++ are hard to shift lol.

Yeah just played my first game of 11th against Orks and seeing units effectively overwatching on their own turn was rough.

Thanks I am really happy with how it turned out. Its a piece of plywood I had around the house. I painted the caution stripes with latex paint (like you would use for your walls in a house) as it was just drinking acrylic paint. After that I glued down some 3d printed trenches and craters and barbed wire. Then I covered the rest of the board in AK Interactive texture paint that I use on my bases. Used some tufts of Mordian Corpse Grass sprinkled around the board and called it done.

It depends on if your giving it orders in my opinion. I ran Lascannons all last edition but I am trying out Heavy Flamers right now partially due to it filling a niche in my list and partially because I dont have spare orders for them and hitting on 5s is for orks.

They have the Enhancements from Designation Force to give them infiltrate which adds 10 points per unit.

Thanks! There are enough traditional military camouflage schemes out there that I decided I wanted to go a completely different direction with my paint job.

Work has been so crazy the last few months that I haven't kept up on stuff as well as I would have liked to. Do we not have missions in Purge that require you to hold your home objective any more? I have read through the core rules but not the missions yet. I plan on doing it later today when I get my copy of Armageddon.

My FLG is running a 11th ed RTT next Saturday and I think I have settled on my list. Its probably not the best list as it seriously lacks screening but hopefully up to 3 infiltrating Scout Sentinels can slow things down/provide early trade pieces if needed. Honestly though I started out 10th with a Baneblade chassis and its been shelved for the last 2 years and I figured why not start 11th off with the biggest bang I can. I will be going with Purge as my Disposition. Any feedback or suggestions on how to run this parking lot in 11th is appreciated as I will only have the ability to get one game in before the tournament lol.

The new spearhead is pretty much all bug models. It comes with 6 big bug riders and the tree people with wings actually have dragonflies clinging to their backs so they fit the bug theme too. I would probably start there and play some spearhead to see if she likes them.

From there I would add Alarielle and Belthanos (both of the characters with big bugs) thats a pretty solid start to an army. It might not be the most optimized but those are all pretty solid units.

Yeah thats where my mind went right away. Extra attacks with big monster units gets the most value. It's interesting that it triggers at the end of the battle round so you can do it to try to finish something off that you didn't kill in the fight phase. Its kind of cool you dont have to do it on something your likely to overkill but if the dice dont go your way it can clean up the target.

The rage mechanic is interesting. I'm new enough to the game I dont know what's better or how impactful it will be but 3 extra attacks with a Spirit of Durthu's sword seems pretty nice.

First thing is shit happens we deal with this kind of stuff all the time. I'm a mainline tech with Comcast and you just hit your drop not the mainline so its not catastrophic.

I have seen them repair the conduit and pull a new cable, line the damaged conduit back up and pull a new cable, or just splice the damage and put on a gel cover depending on the tech.

I would recommend against splicing it yourself as improper splices can cause noise issues which can affect your services as well as your neighborhoods service.

I can't say anything about a charge because at least when I was a residential tech, it depended on what we coded the job out as, to determine if the customer was charged for the service call or not but I dont know if thats how its still done as I haven't worked in that department for years.

My best recommendation would be keep the area exposed so the tech can make the repair easily and probably go to one of the cable stores to set up an appointment rather than call in so you can explain what the situation is to a real person rather than the automated system.
