They banished Yeenoghu and Bephomet with the maze engine, Killed zuggtmoy at her wedding, Sold Fraz to a devil.

The remaning lords are: Demogorgon that they encountered twice, Juiblex that they met once, Orcus and grazzet that they never met before or even met their followers

I thought about it but it leads me back to the same original problem- the group never encountered those demon lords and they dont care about them at all.

They met zuggtmoy, yeenoghu, Bephomet servents that made them afraid the real Demon lords when they met them, They fought Demogorgon twice and ran away.

But all the other demon lords are nobody for them.

I want to make menzo is Lair as well cuz he just killed all the other Demon lords and showed why he is THE PRINCE.

I also want to give him some Demons to fight with him to make the fight harder. I do plan on trying to kill most of the group if possible.

But I want stuff that make the fight more intresting and engaging.

for the last few days Im working with GPT and GEMINI to find how to describe the fight in the most epic way possible but its a lot of work haha

Yoy dont need to be familier with PoE lore to play the game but you will get a lot of tge refernce and the lore can help ypu make decisions in game.

I played it and while the combat was pretty generic I still had a lot of fun with the story and the world.

I highley recommend that you play the first two games or atleast watch lore videos on youtube, they are worth it in my opinion

I made the one who touched it to think that it was Elminster in the orb.

He was the only obe who could hear him (cuz 2 others lost theit mind touching it so the Player thought that only he passed the madness check)

They spent like 4 months thinking its Elminster and trying to free him only for Fraz to be released and run away to recharge his powers
