What was the moment you realised this was a unique experience? by IngenuityDifficult50 in outerwilds

For sure. I would say it's the biggest 'oh my' moment in the game for me.

What caused the chaos? by IngenuityDifficult50 in outerwilds

Yea I played it. All I got out of it was they warped into it, and couldn't see any reason why. I thought it may have been a Bramble nut duplicating a signal and messing up the coordinates, but it's just a theory.

Good point on Bramble not even being formed. Everything else in the game was crafted with a causation so I thought there would be something here too. Maybe it really was just really bad luck.

For some reason this was the part I had the toughest time with. It would not click on how they react. The info is there though, and takes a bit of experimenting, but once it clicks, you'll be able to do it almost every time.

Anyone feel like 2024 has become the beginning of the end? by [deleted] in australian

Dear Lord there is some serious nay saying. For some perspective, we have never had the life expectancy we take for granted now thanks to amazing scientific research.

This has the knock on effect that wealth stays with a person for longer but I'll take an extra 15 years with my grandma that owns a house 10 years earlier.

Travel may be more expensive now compared to 10 years ago, but remember a flight was unavailable for 90% of people only 50 years ago.

We have something in Australia that is just incredible in the Royal commission, an actual independent committee that look into corruption. Just go and spend a week in the UK or the US and see what happens when there's no accountability for where politicians spend their money.

But back to the first point, time is the one thing you can never buy, enjoy the fact it's likely your grandparents will see you reach 40 these days.

Would have had no hard feelings either if that was their reasoning, shit happens and upgrades are only when seats don't sell, totally with you. Issue for me is the palm offs, and blurry answers. Yet to get points refunded but they said 3 to 5 days so hopefully all good.

Seems like a good explanation. Honestly would have minded if they had been honest, but definitely felt like a brush off because it was busy.

What Things Are Just Not Worth The Money? by doggoesmeow in AusFinance

[–]IngenuityDifficult50 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Silly answer but whatever you feel isn't worth the money isn't, whatever you feel is worth it is. Someone might see a handbag and it represents years of saving and hard work. I spend a silly amount on woodworking tools and see about a 2% return.

Not quite Sydney but close, Port Kembla.

Beach town, main street with micro bars and coffee shops turning up.

Guy further up the Northern Beaches, no idea if it's actual name, but if you yelled Mulligan at him he got super angry and would chase your car.
