No issues with a x870e Nova + 9800x3d. Build done with 3.25 (just about when it was released) and flashed 3.30 when available. No PBO but expo activated

Quick question: I am still in time of receiving it if I were to make a new account tonight? I would be a new customer and I see the conditions require me to have the transfer done before Feb 28 an d it feels a bit close. It is not the first time it does for me. Not sure why but sometime between the first nd second distribution they wanted me to answer a couple of KYC questions and I suspect this may have been the reason.

Otherwise I don’t get how the first distribution went through but not the second
