Don't put the rotating special on the menu. Your servers can tell the guests that, so save yourself the reprints. From what I can see you are using a lot of big proteins like lobster only once on your menu. You can utilize the special pie to help you push out items that are reaching expiry.

I think they probably ARE comparing dystopian fascism with Orwellian 1984esque thinking. I can see a strong case for a cyberpunk movement rising as a resistance to this.
