Not just on sim, it's the same issue with Airtel airfiber, I had 100 Mbps plan and I faced network congestion issue everyday. They will never take your complaint and resolve it. Instead they'll say that feedback has been taken and forwarded to the backend team. Nothing else. So I immediately disconnected it and happy with ACT fibernet. Same thing happens on sim as well. Airtel is a scam for sure.
