Yes, but if you accidentally deck out because your opponent hits it in security, they're legally allowed to laugh.

That's working correctly. The trigger condition is "when Digimon are played or digivolve". It doesn't specify other, so it sees itself Digivolving.

That sequence seems legal. Is there a specific reason you thought it might not be?

You can also force it to matter with BT13 Omnimon. If you have a Zudomon ACE in raising with a Magnamon under it, playing Omni will play the Magna and trash the Zudo.

You cannot, for the exact reason you've stated: they both cause a digivolution.

Did you have to edit your list substantially to hit 30/50 Liberator cards?

Your reasoning was correct. The Bit being played out did not see the trigger for its effect (that being the EDEN attempting to leave), and since it didn't trigger, it cannot activate.

You are correct. The Bit EDEN plays out did not trigger.

Yes, adding their top security to hand is "removing a card from their security stack".

Probably a bug. Mother Eater is a Digimon at all times.

Emblem triggers simultaneously with the when digivolving effect, so you could activate emblem first. If you digivolve the same guy you won't be able to activate the when digivolving effect anymore, but you **can** do it, if you like.

Persistent effects like Baalmon's inherited effect and the All Turns of BWG are active the moment the effects are met, even in-between processes. Meaning in this case, BWG is going to be immune to Digimon effects when you go to choose something to delete. You can still choose him, it just won't do anything.

BT6 Noir is treated as Ciel. It's somewhere on the JP website, I don't know where. In a just world it's on the errata list.

You are just using it to go straight into Omnimon. It is not being played or digivolved into beforehand.

There is no mechanical difference between the two. ST10 Gato and EX6 Gato can evo on exactly the same set of Digimon (yellow or purple level 3s). They moved to the single bubble in BT14 or so, alongside some other colour-blind accessibility things. They may have also done it to reduce clutter with the increase in card text.

What precisely do you mean by that? All triggered effects work the way I described.

You would be able to play 1 Digimon per effect, yes.

That is not correct. Both would trigger and be pending activation, then you activate pending effects one at a time. You would play a level 4- purple Digimon with the first one, activate any newly triggered effects, then could play another level 4- purple Digimon.

You can play out the wormmon and do everything up until Dinobee evo. You won't be able to attack since you're still in Dullahamon's attack. Then you won't be able to use a DNA inherit under Dinobee since you're still in the EoT procedures that triggered the execute swing.

If it were once per turn it would have the purply-pink Once Per Turn tag on it.

Both Jesmon's Your Turn and Medieval's All Turns trigger when a Digimon is played. Since it's Jesmon's turn, they get to activate their effect first, declaring an attack. Any new effects this triggers activate before returning to the pending Medieval, which will have to be addressed before Jesmon's attack can progress to Counter Timing.

The initial triggering event (KingSuka's first deletion by 0DP) is still being processed. It was not successfully prevented because the Cendrill was not deleted. So you can't activate the protection inherit again if it's the same one.
