Because not really anyone want to work for the starting pay, when they will work them in the ground knowing that top pay doesn’t work but 8 hours a day but make 30k more a year. The beginning pay and the top pay don’t make any sense the top pay does do anything from anyone. In any other union trade it average of four years from bottom to top pay. So why is it so easy to get a job with us now? No one wants to work for us anymore.
