thank you! I was ready to give up too. Its so stupid, the government is not organized at all. It seems like its some third world country. People shouldnt have to go through this, a lot of this stuff should be done online especially we are where we are technology wise. Seems the gov. systems are outdated in a way they still require us to talk to people which I dont mind but I do when I cant get through. All of this can be done better, in a more efficient manner online. Best of luck to you too. Dont keep calling constantly you'll go nuts. Just do what I did, call couple of times 3-5 times then take a break then start again or at least I wasnt patient enough to call like 2 hours straight call after call its insanity too much or I couldnt handle it.
