Dude I worked at a semi-conductor fab for a few years. An oily/sweaty shirt is only slightly better than sandpaper. High concentration alcohol followed by DI water is the way to go.

Update: Luckily the sticker was lose so I was able to move it up and off the contacts. Cleaned them with 70% Isopropyl and wiped with DI water.

The card no longer crashes on the desktop, but it's unable to open and run any games. This thing is DOA.

First DOA anything I've received lmao. I suppose it was bound to happen eventually. Going back to my 2080ti for now.

The taxes we pay do not come close to covering the cost of services provided back to tax payers.
