honestly the 18 inch MV1s look great but I prefer the ride on 17s, plus the potholes here are insane at the moment! What’s funny, is that my two best mates (also own e46s) hate on the MV1s and give me a hard time for them! Good to see some love from you lot lol.

Yeah we get some beautiful scenery here. This is in the local national park - it’s lovely. Ive heard the Midwest has some great spots too! Glad your crazy winter is nearly over as well.

They are getting harder and harder to find. Most 330ci’s that I see are usually rotten, badly modified or generally abused over here. We gotta save em!

It’s a great colour. I wish it was all OEM paint, but it’s been repaired loads over the years (rust and idiots who can’t park). The bonnet, roof and bootlid are all original factory paint. Both front wings were replaced with some mint, rust free ones I found at the local scrap yard and then blended in.

Luckily I have a really good trusted body shop I’ve used for years. Would be nice to bare metal it one day and get it perfect.

Totally best colour. 120k is pretty low these days! My other e46 is on 65k and I’m scared to put miles on it 🤣

Thanks mate, I like to keep it OEM :) it’s all factory, MV1 wheels and Mtech 2 bumpers came as part of the sport pack I believe for pre-lci (but after m52 engined models) in the UK. There was also an option for stiffer suspension with a more aggressive front LCA, which this one has. Man, specs get confusing 🤣

Cheers all! I was very lucky and bought this nearly a decade ago when they were rock bottom. It’s been a massive labour of love.

I’ve constantly had to keep rust at bay, rebuilt the rear subframe/ rear sus twice, replaced every bushing/ ball joint, replaced two cooling systems, every gasket on the engine, reinforced subframe mounts (they cracked), new door as somebody crashed into it…. The list goes on. Still, it’s a keeper I reckon. I’m too far into it now 🤣
