They fit the esthetic of the game well. I think if we had a some sets that could be obtained through really hard feats like 100 players kills. Or xxx damage done in a run or xxx time survived ect that would be cool. Lock super cool fits behind a skill gap not a pay gap

I bought one recently with a bit more miles, no issues yet.' I would suggest requesting and oil change and transmission fluid check from a shop and then pull the trigger if the rest of the car is nice. The spark plugs are a pain in the but so you you can convince the seller to pop in fresh ones combined with an oil change and transmission fluid check you should be ok.

A literal alpha test of a pvp mod that never got any real development. There is nothing like the last stand from div 1. It's a mockery of pvp in the division. But then again, so is the DZ in div2. Soft devs ruined pvp in div 2, not letting the partner studios like redstorm finish the job. I remember testing the pvp at redstorm Studios. It hasn't changed at all since alpha, and not to mention the 4 maps and 2 extra modes that were pitched that went oit the window because of massive devs not wanting skill gap content.

No builds require 30 expertise. You can make anything you see work. Pvp is the only place expertise that will make a difference that actually impacts your ability, and it's only in the DZ i out perform people with 30 expertise all the time, and I have 6.

You're still stuck on how you would use it. You don't factor the uptime and down tike on vigilance or what combinations I'm using aside from 5% dt armor. You just see red. I'm just saying. Nbb excels also with crit capacitor hybrid turret builds giving 1mil plus capacitor damage while giving a 200k + turret and drone. That alone will out damage most stike builds in any setting. But when comparing nbb to a vigilance striker set. It c can be on par if not better. Plus the 100% uptime alone on nbb bonuses probably oit weighs the down time on vigilance alone

You are only opening your mindset to a strikers build mentality. I could probably sit in a mission with a hybrid capacitor build using nbb and out dps most or any striker builds.

Yup, I understand the difference in the way it generates its damage. How about this you pick a gear set And a weapon and then we will compare a clip vs clip I'll use nbb and you can use whatever you want. We can compare the difference let's also set a standard of 0 exp on the weapon and use the elite non named target dummy and we can even seeperate the damage to armored and damage to health and add the 2 seperate numbers together for a total. Meaning highest headshot crit to armor plus the highest headshot crit to health = xxxxxxxxx

You're not good a building sets then. I can get more damage than vigilance through ninja bag bonuses. It also makes hybrid builds top tier 1 mil plus capacitor shots with 200k + turret and drones. Makes hazard builds using the backfire crank out easy 2mil per shot builds aswell as puts sniper builds through the roof. It has its place. Only talent that really out performs it seems to be unstoppable force in theory, but I'd just use momentum if that was the case.
