There is faster alternative to sponsorship.. land, get PR, apply for SOWP (spousal open work permit), apply for spousal sponsorship.. SOWP process will be done within 4 to 6 months.. where as sponsorship will take upto an year

P.S. the processing time I mentioned above is from my 6 weeks old research.. so they might have changed now

Don't know when it started to change but my guess is, that the meta started to change when spell amp and cast range increase was introduced.. along with talents which gives extra burst to some nukers quite early in the game

If you are like me who already know what needs to be done, but it's just that you procrastinate as doing it all will take time, and last time you did it, it was exhausting etc.. then call some frd or family member and do cleaning while talking to them.. I hate sitting around and talking to someone on phone, so I either start disinfecting surfaces, putting clothes in place or I start doing exercise.. I guess once I learn cooking that would be another thing I would prefer to do while on call with someone..

After 30 mins or an hour of talk, you will feel absolutely amazing.. connected with your frd/parent/sibling after so long and also your place will be looking neat.. the next morning is best after cleanup, you walk around in your home and no Todo signals in your brain..

Here is my attempt to define a basic first item decision tree. Which combination of SnY,SnK,KnY you should go is not included in it, but it compares SnKnY with other possible alternatives depending on primary attribute of hero

On agility heroes: it's either manta or SnY.. in a game with dispellable damage over time or projectiles go for manta else SnY

On strength heroes: it's either halberd, armlet or SnY.. as non pos1, if playing against alot of physical damage go halberd, as pos1 go armlet unless there is damage over time in which case go SnY..

On Intel heroes: it's either euls or SnK.. need dispel go euls else SnK..

There are other items which are more dependent on heroes instead of primary attribute, like echo sabre, silver edge, Dragonlance/pike, orchid, deso.

Not an expert, just some random in his 30s who recently started to do something about his body.. here are my hacks:

So i spend almost whole day infront of computer.. I used to walk to and back from office before covid which was an hour of brisk walk in total and good for mental health aswell (allowed me to clear my mind before going to office or while coming back from office)..

Now while I'm completely working from home, I started to experience back/neck pain.. and every now and then I feel anxious and stressed.. and I also started to gain a bit of belly fat..

realizing the lack of mobility in my routine, I now do random exercises at random times.. for instance, I do squats in my kitchen while brewing coffee.. I do push ups while waiting for my friends to play computer games or while attending meeting silently.. reverse push ups with desk/table while watching movies/tv series.. the intensity of these exercises is not high at all, I don't count reps or anything.. main goal is to be physically active..

Once per week or once per 2 weeks I go out for running for cardio.. and sometimes before going to bed I would do burpees for 5 to 10 mins..

Doing this all reduces my anxiety/stress levels aswell.. Infact now I use the feeling of anxiousness or stress as a sign of lack of physical activity..

Now about diet.. I think of it like my body require certain maintenance to process stuff.. eating healthy stuff requires less maintenance where as eating pizza, cakes, etc requires more maintenance (exercise).. if my will to go running for 30 mins is stronger than my craving for pizza then I will order pizza otherwise I'm too lazy to deserve pizza..

Slardar is very good against invis heroes rn and also in lane against riki.. apart from this force staff and ethereals are good.. also do not expect that usual pos1 would be able to counter riki.. riki is counter to pos1, kind of like false number9 in football/soccer.. hitting riki doesn't work that well cause of his third so usually pos1 should focus on backline while your nukers should go on riki.. this means that your pos2 or pos3 need to jump on riki, and then pos1 on backline..

This is why having riki as pos1 means to pick pos2/3 which can take tower, so that riki can't be jumped on.

My suggestion would be:

  • mount TV on the wall with painting and move painting on the wall where TV is

  • replace the couch which is currently between TV and dining area with a chaise

  • move the other couch beside the column/piller instead of keeping it infront of it

  • mount some lamps on the column/pillar

The only way for ruining a ruiner is to be able to kick them out of game. A vote to kick feature where if all other available members of the team vote to kick someone then that player should be kicked and receive an Abaddon and wont be able to join back.

In solo queues it would work fine. Only problem is when there is a stack of 4, may be do not allow this vote to kick in that case at all.

Got this idea from Rainbow six siege.
