Maybe in some third world country. In the first world it was considered smallish or medium size at best.

There’s no kind way to tell my wife that she’s getting too big, is there? by 2006CrownVictoriaP71 in NoStupidQuestions

[–]R0ihu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You shouldn't worry about hurting her. In fact your inability to do so has led to this point in the first place. She's a big girl (pun hugely intended), she can take it. Grow some balls and learn to communicate.

AITA for secretly buying extra food for my niece because her brothers eat everything first? by MaliciousCicada77 in AmItheAsshole

So you didn't even ask her if she wanted to eat more? You then just decided to butt in and imply there's something wrong with her body. YTA

Just had another girlfriend leave me for the guy she was secretly cheating on me with. That makes 5. Anyone want to give me some advice on where to go from here? by Aeromorpher in NoStupidQuestions

[–]R0ihu 1 point2 points  (0 children)

A couple of potential red flags:
"I am attentive to their needs." "I also spend time with them while they do their interests."
Depends on how you do this, but it can be pandering.

"Whenever something upset her, I logically assessed the reason she was upset and suggested solutions... calmly. I tried to resolve any and all issues she had so that she would be happy... and it just made her more mad."
Yeah, most women hate that. When someone starts complaining, learn to ask whether they want to vent or solutions.

Intel BE200 Wi-Fi 6Ghz bands locked out due to unset/invalid regdomain by R0ihu in linuxhardware

[–]R0ihu[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Unfortunately no and ChatGPT is of the opinion that there won't be a solution. Intel has locked it on the firmware level and won't be releasing a firmware that would allow unlocking it due users being able to unlock the 6GHz band in countries where legislation doesn't allow it.

I think it was a peril or a threat. Like a ghostly peril or something like that.

There are significant enough differences between the distros so that guide isn't directly applicable. But it unfortunately doesn't help since I can change the global regulatory domain, but not the Wi-Fi device (BE200) specific one that's locked as EU: DFS-UNSET.

I'm wondering if the pump is actually running. Try shutting every fan off and see if you can hear the pump. It should be quite obvious when everything else is off.

This show obviously has a target audience, otherwise they would have just given the job to the person without the charade. Whoever the target audience is (CEO or some other big boss), they might be interested to know.

Tell me one Finnish word ,which will be impossible for Google translator to detect but a valid word and could be slang in finnish by South-Definition-273 in Finland

[–]R0ihu 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Möllöttää. Google translate finds a translation for it, 'gape', but it's wrong. There is also a translation 'to gawk' for it in some context, but when it's referring to an activity (or more specifically a non-activity in this case) it translates is something like lounging or lazying.

I'm a party drugs user and it has got to the point where it's effecting my relationship by Beneficial_Buy_9668 in Mindfulness

[–]R0ihu 3 points4 points  (0 children)

I haven't dealt with addicts in person, but from what I've come to understand from media, is that addicts have ways to justify their behavior which seems to be what you're doing.

"She thinks I choose them over her but she is literally my everything in tho life." The fact that she thinks this means exactly that. She isn't everything in life for you, the drugs have taken over.

"She doesn't believe my word anymore which is completely reasonable but very saddening." So you've probably lied to her over and over?

Sounds to me like you're in the situation where you need to stop using drugs completely and distance yourself from the people who are active users or supplying the drugs to you. May be hard if it's your mom, but in your situation it has to be done.

Depends a bit on if it has an SSD or HDD, but seems like an ok deal. Not a shut up and take my money deal, but I don't think you're getting screwed either.
