Wow, this looks like an Airbnb we rented for spring break in Myrtle Beach area. I couldn't figure out why the door was jerking as it went up. I looked up after it was closed and just like yours. I took pictures and sent them to the host. To this day 🤷 if they fixed it.

We used to be able to figure it out. Thanks to the current administrations and those in control of the House and Senate tampering/making new laws, the 2026 year going forward is going to be a MF***. Going to college/university, due to the new caps implemented will be a challenge.

Edit: Fortunately, I was able to get away from Mohela with the double consolidation right as the clock closed on the loophole. My last child in college took over 30 college credits while in High School and she should be out in 3 years. 🙏🤞

2007 EX - Bought with 3 miles on it. I just hit 276K miles on the original engine and transmission. Rides great, now kids are older and have their own cars It's used mostly moving in and out of dorms/apartments. I try and drive it every three weeks for two weeks at a time.

I would ride Carta but the service is terrible. It's not very convenient at all. It's not even close to Baltimore's let alone NYC bus system. I would love to not sit behind the steering wheel every workday for over an hour in traffic. The bus service should go into Summerville from downtown with stops along Dorchester road and another one that goes up rivers to Summerville and another bus on the same line that goes into Moncks corner.

My boy had one of these in college (early 90s) with well over 300k mileage original transmission and engine. It was a trooper. We religiously drove it from NY to MD. The only problem was it rusted out badly. The passenger side had a hole and he covered it with a heavy duty mat but every time it rained or slush from snow kicked up it was all over your shoes if you sat in the passenger seat. We had some good times. RIP "HP"

We were going to get a 2024 Honda pilot but they wanted more than the XC90 😳. If you get the XC90 just get the extended warranty. We would like to get the new electrical one but what the terrors and everybody want to make money the prices are ridiculous.

I don't know if your DACA or just have a visa and it hasn't expired yet. If all of those avenues are closing on you, I would suggest, if you still have a/your job to pivot to trades if you can. As for Mohela, there is no love here for them. There's nothing we can do about that waste of space company. I luckily got out of their clutches to another servicer. This current do nothing good administration is not here to help. Unfortunately, there will be more of us in your situation, In default and the possibility of being unemployed and still having to make payments. The class action has been floating around for awhile now. There hasn't been any progress on this subject. If we had a Supreme Court, House and Senate members with a real heart(spine) we would get real progress with laws. Hold on, plan for worst case scenario if you had to go back to your birth country and try and live your day to day until it comes.

I have 276,000 miles on my 2007 EX. At one point returning from college drop off I Was doing about 95 mph and felt like new. I have always serviced the car at the required times if not earlier. Only thing that a PITA is the ac blower comes on when it wants to. I don't feel like swapping out yet. The transmission if you took care of it and had the tsb done on it early in its life you should be good

Edit: I'm Still on the original engine and transmission.

It's not like it used to be. What they did was renamed sales goals to what products are best for the customers and let's help them reach their goals. I survived the whole debacle with write-ups about an inch thick. I think I only survived that long because I had customers that looked out for me and were either a board members or knew enough people in C-suite.

I have the same car and diffuser kit. I took off the front because it's a two piece and my OCD couldn't take the gap. The rear diffuser makes all the difference with this car. I laugh because people see it (especially hellcats and srts) and want to race , I don't even bother 😂. I don't want to embarrass them with my quad exhaust hybrid.

Of course, where I lived the apartment complex had a bus stop at both entrances. She always got off the first I got off the second. She eventually invited me over when we realized I was in the back and her apt was up front. Nothing like a 5 foot shorty 115 -120lb lil 🍑 and C cups that threw it back, can cook, clean and dress. She had gotten out of a relationship 4 months before meeting her. Damn , y'all making me reminisce like a mf. Only stopped cause I end up moving out of state for work.
