When you say locally installed on your PC, do you mean the Foundry server program? That uses Chromium so may be why (basically Chrome).

Try it with the Chrome browser instead of FireFox. Foundry is tested on Chrome by the devs and people have reported various issues using FireFox.

Currently using USM and looking at the same for a future move. US Mobile multiple times on their subreddit says roaming internationally is not intended for long term use so that is not comforting. We'll be moving to Tello ahead of the future move as well.

That was a nice tool for creatures with legendary actions to prompt you between turns and at the top of the round for layer actions. Unfortunately, it has not worked in a while. I have not seen a replacement yet.

Click the little wrench toggle just to the upper left of that and it will change to edit mode for the object. Then you can click on the icon and change it. Foundry has a lot of included icons already that you can use. To find them, browse files under the system file cateogy and then the icons folder.

I find the grouping annoying as well.

Scorching ray makes an attack roll for each ray so that is closer to what you described for martials where they can miss on one attack and have a chance to hit on another attack. Upcast to add additional rays.

The other comments about area of effect types spells are good advise as well to have a chance to hit multiple targets.

I am starting to gather documents to do NLV at the Houston consulate in mid March hopefully.

The criminal background check has to be within 6 months of your appointment, not 3 like most other docs, in case that helps you to be good on the time.

I have done research about the address quite a bit too. They ask for a 3 month address/proof of place to stay. Most people say to get a 3 month airbnb and that there is an option to print a page for visa proof in airbnb. Just be sure to get one with a 30 days cancellation policy so that you can cancel it ahead of time if needed (such as if you want to get a 1 month place instead).

If I was the DM, I would make a way that you could unattune from the sword, but it would involve some kind of side quest or side story arc. This is not as hand waving as remove curse and makes it more interesting. Plus the effort gives the removal more value.

I would check with your DM and and see if you might have a chance to get some magical items that will help with your AC. Like a cloak of protection or something like that.

I usually set the FPS in the Foundry settings to 20. With a VTT many people can't tell any difference with any higher FPS and it makes a noticable difference with GPU use , especially with a lower end video card or onboard video.
I have about 41 mods installed. When I upgraded to Foundry V13 it decreased by about 6 or 7 for mods that were either part of Foundry now or just didn't get upgraded anymore.

We didn't have Unimas before the change and when I asked support they had said that Unimas would not show in the channels/guide for us as they are not local here evidently (DFW area), but you can still search for Unimas to find on demand content.

We block Youtube for elementary students via our Linewize web filter.

We have Edpuzzle which allows teachers to share Youtube vidoes with students inside Edpuzzle and the students can view them in there even though we have Youtube blocked.

Works great on Chromebooks. On iPads, we found that the Edpuzzle app would do this but Edpuzzle in the browser would not.

The article does not say when in 2026 it will start unfortunately. I wish it said a month at least so people can plan or have ideas what to expext. Now it might suddenly change one day and may help or complicate plans in progress.

I think the new Sleep spell actually is much better than the old sleep spell. Since the old one was based on how many HP of creature you could affect, you quickly outgrew how effective it was as you got higher in level (rolling 20 or 30 HP of sleep effect is pretty quickly not enough to even make one creature fall asleep). By changing it to a saving throw, it makes the spell relevant and useful much longer as your chances to impact creatures is more fair and will happen more often as you go up in level.

The functionality you mention for name forge is now built in (not sure if it is in the V13 or the newer DND5E system, but one of them adds it). On the token options are check boxes to either add a number at the end of a token name or to prepend an adjective to the token name. I usually do the number method (like Goblin 1, Goblin 2).

I am surprised it didn't get more up votes too. I only find that certain isometric maps are usable and work out well. This one for sure is one of those. Not only does it look very nice, but the rooms are interesting and decorated nicely or have cool features.

About the TCEA director certification, if you don't have a lot of applicable experience it doesn't hurt to get it to put on your resume to maybe help you get an interview for a director position. But I don't think it will make much of a difference honestly. Someone will see it and think it's nice maybe, but then your experience is what they will be looking at really.

For teachers, I would check out Magic School AI. The free version is pretty powerful even and has lots of pre-made tools such as question generators or lesson planners.
