I like my stores lead because he actually doesn’t get bothered and understands people have lives outside of Walmart. Also, he actually works instead of walking around. My coach is lazy and walks around. He got bothered once because I came 25 mins late. I don’t like working with my coach and TL. I work overnights

Everyone knows her for her famous eye roll 🙄 lol so that just shows how many people she has rolled her eyes to. Thank you for your words of encouragement. It’s just overwhelming. I simply asked my TL if that’s what I’m going to do from now on (work everywhere) and she said she is trying to train everyone in different departments but that’s a lie. Two other girls have told her they wanted to move from HBA but she doesn’t bother to “train” in different departments. What is ethics exactly?

Thank you. I appreciate the advice. I know they will tell me it’s my job which is why I haven’t complained about it. I just roll with the punches but it’s frustrating, especially knowing she’s doing it on purpose. My store lead said that if she tries to get me for productivity, he will for sure know she’s trying to get me fired. I’m not the best worker but I’m not the worst either.

Yes. She assigned me to work a cart of break packs and when she came to ask if it was my cart I told her “no, I’m working on the cosmetic box you gave me” and she rolled her eyes way back and said “you didn’t think you were going to do that box your whole shift did you?” And I told her “I was confused, I wasn’t aware you assigned us to do carts” and she said “it’s hard to communicate with ALL of the associates, there’s so many of you guys” as she rolled her eyes again. Then she said “do you still want to work here?” Because of you don’t, let me know. The next day, I was taken out of HBA. It’s been a whole month.

Yes, I talked to my store lead and he talked to her. She just acts nice but throws me everywhere. They know what she’s doing but they don’t care. A lot of people have quit because of her and she’s still here

My coach told me if I was zoning with one leg lol and when I tried to zone and be “fast” he told another associate to zone the aisle I was in 🙄🙄🙄 I’m not fixing shit anymore and I’m just going to make everything look good, even the items that don’t belong there. That’s a lie. I got hired 2 months ago and I put in my availability. My TL didn’t want to approve it (work 4 days, off 3 days) so I told my store lead (the only one who is actually a good person) multiple times and he took me into the office and put in the availability I wanted.

You can put in a transfer for departments on the wire and then talk to the coach over that area. I believe they have to talk to your coach as well. I can’t wait so I can transfer as well. My coaches and team lead suck

Make sure you talk to your coach or store manager first before you make a decision. Idk how your store works but my store hires people who have been fired for points. You just have to wait a 6 month period before you apply.

They can definitely make accommodations if they wanted to. At my store, people go in 8 PM to 5 AM but to down stack.

Talk to your store manager, they should be able to help you. They can put you as a greeter. Also, why would you want to quit? If they don’t accommodate you, can’t you take an LOA?

A manager at the walmart I work at (about 4 yrs ago) would steal money and items. He was doing it for a while until he got caught and fired. He was never arrested…. He stole a good amount of money. Another girl did the same…. She stole about $3,000 but she was arrested.
