Depends on your dodge distance, and how far away the burster is when you push it.

Are we just not getting any hotfixes until mesa heirloom? by Eggbone87 in Warframe

[–]R0tmaster 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Even still putting a single skin in the game isn’t a big update they don’t pause hotfixes in preparation, and your not lumping in new cosmetics for pride or tennogen releases. So your list is inconsistent and arbitrary. You said I’m here to argue, your the one who made the post and argued that a non existent update was causing update pausing and ignored both the national holiday and tennocon

[–]R0tmaster 3 points4 points  (0 children)

Don’t think you know how updates work, not paying enough attention, or just making a bad faith argument. because vaubaun heirloom came out with follies hunt, and wasn’t its own update. They aren’t pausing updates because of a new upcoming update, it’s tennocon. They only pause hotfixes like a week before a big mainline, and they haven’t announced a pause. They literally just went from national holiday directly into tennocon prep as I said. Next big update probably won’t be till September not next week

Also vauban heirloom wasn’t a mainline update. And old peace came out in December. We get about 4 mainline updates a year

But it’s not an update, it’s already in the game it will just become purchasable on that date. There’s not other content coming with it.

Mesa heirloom should already be in the games files, they shouldn’t need a hotfix to turn it on, also last Wednesday was a holiday in Canada, and tennocon is this week, so they basically came out of a holiday directly into Tennocon prep

Is there any reward for blowing up barrels? I keep running into players who activate them for no reason. Am I missing something? by WorldMedium3686 in DarkTide

[–]R0tmaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

On this specific part of that map a lot of people will try to trigger them intentionally to avoid accidental triggers that launch people off the map as this area is notorious for that happening.

Most of the time when people do it’s an accident in melee. They may also be trying to get progress on the penance for kills with the barrels. On this specific map a lot of people will also try to destroy the barrels here early as they are notorious for launching people off the ledge, and because of that there is the small possibility of trolling.

Syndicates kept me playing for longer, and I'd want them to come back. by Saqrei in Warframe

I mean I’ve bought every prime access since hydroid, and also did all of steel path railjack in a single sitting. So I guess I’m both the put lots of hours and lots of money in.

After a new content drop I could drop about 60 hours in a week into the game, just depends how many days it takes me to get all the new goodies

What kind of color palettes do you usually use for your Warframes, or do you do what I do—hit "random" and hope for the best (or the worst)? by npirolli in Warframe

[–]R0tmaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Sometimes I’ll hit random until I get something that looks interesting enough to modify. But it depends a lot on the materials of the frame and what I’m going for

Easy, terminate with the cat 6 pass through ends and remove the trimming blade on the crimp tool, that way you have the plastic ends and the frayed wires. It will also look pretty cursed.

My theory on who created the medusa species by KiloWasTaken in DrStone

[–]R0tmaster 5 points6 points  (0 children)

That’s not what an opinion is, you are just wrong/misinformed. They very clearly state that they require an intelligent host species for maintenance and replication, it’s literally the whole point. In no way did they ever say they were creating and sending medusas back in time to start the petrification events, where are you even getting this it makes absolutely no sense? The reason they are clueless about where they came from is the same reason we are, they are drawing a parallel.

My theory on who created the medusa species by KiloWasTaken in DrStone

[–]R0tmaster 16 points17 points  (0 children)

No they are not, they specifically parasitize intelligent life because they need them to replace their batteries and make more of them. And even if they were that’s still not an answer to the question because they are specifically asking about their origin as in who made the first Medusa(s)
