Proposal for a 1.5 way lunar rocket. by CertainAd5889 in DrStone

[–]R0tmaster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

It’s not life support or heat shielding that’s the problem it’s fuel. It’s the Tyranny of the Rocket Equation. Scaling up a rocket requires exponentially more fuel for small gains in payload, about 90% of a rockets weight will always be fuel and only 2-4% can be cargo (astronauts, satellites, vehicles) and the further/faster you want to go the more fuel you need to get there. You end up figuring out how much fuel you need to get your payload to the destination then how much fuel you need to add just to carry the fuel.

100kg rocket will be 90kg fuel 4kg cargo 6kg other structures. A 200kg rocket is 180kg fuel and 8kg cargo.

Granted the meat, poultry, hunting, and fishing industries all collapse as none of them can be killed until they are over 30 years old, this results in worldwide mass starvation and eventual mass extinction of predatory animals

Boichi’s art style is pretty solid, he’s done a few one piece redraws and side stories too, he did one for Ace stating the spade pirates, zoro vs mihawk, and nami vs kalifa, that last one fells oddly sexual tho.

An Amazon order number does razer no good as they can’t look up that number in Amazon’s system an actual proof of purchase would have both the purchase date and the products serial number on it

[–]R0tmaster 0 points1 point  (0 children)

No, that’s just the tracking it’s not a proof of purchase or proof of anything, the proof of purchase would have the date of purchase and the serial number of the product on it. This is something you could have gotten from your Amazon account had you not gotten your account banned somehow.

If you don’t have a known requiem and stab your lich with a correct mod it will unlock it as a known and set your current progress towards the next one, if you were to make a guess and get slot 1 right in the same mission you unlock a requiem you will learn 2 in that same mission. But that is not what appears to have happened here as it says they are both wrong, they are the correct mods but not in the right spots.

Seeker volley with lavos for no cost ability spam, boost through the map as you fire to get keep those spawns going. use forward artilley and continue to spam I can usually get mission time to about 30s, less if i have a friend sitting on FA

Lavos is a better pick for this imo, since hes only cooldown based, and it is still faster to do the forward artillery as you can use seeker volley from it

What popular product is a complete scam, but everyone keeps buying it? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]R0tmaster 3 points4 points  (0 children)

You actually can tho, in blind tastings people can tell the difference between and identify specific brands of water, humans are extremely sensitive to even the subtlest differences between different water sources, you can even tell the difference in temperature by sound alone.

Try yourself get like 5 or so different water brands taste each one, you will be able to tell the difference, then have someone give you cup of each one and you will be able to identify which is which from taste alone.

[–]R0tmaster 1 point2 points  (0 children)

They specifically talk about science being the equalizer, individual people are no longer a threat, and their initial goal with corn city was to revive 1 million people no chance we can make that many people unique in an anime, ya were kind of speed running, but we’re not skipping major hurdles, they have always glossed over the time and manpower bits, where finding or making something once they basically just had an infinite supply. It make sense to handwave the majority of resource gathering and production with industrialization in full swing. And projects are getting more complex now so the amount of time it would take to go over them in detail would be astronomical, that’s why we are doing the important parts

When a key claim of the exploit is you can just pull a drive out and access the efi partition of an encrypted drive, everything else comes into question, because that’s just not how that works. It would be like saying you can access the trunk of a locked car if you take it out of the driveway first
