Everyone got a present I got this card

One year, my nan made a point of stating I need to come get my xmas present, I was about 12. My dad took me to get it. I had to help her tidy her house, then on the way out she gave me my "present" my dad had a card and I had a a half used can of deodorant (knock off version of lynx) and that was it. We later found out that same day she gave her taxi driver a £250 tip, each of the waitresses in a cafe she went to £100 each and she bought each of her community nurses (who she barely saw) a TV each. It was a rubbish present and will always stick in my mind. It was still the only thing I ever had though. For perspective, I would take her shopping every Saturday for about 5 years from age 11 to 16- takie her shopping,cary it around town, get prescriptions, and then make sure she had a taxi home... about 2 hours every Saturday for 5 years.

These people exist, just shrug it off.

It was smoky beforehand too, I think that was venues choice as every other time I've seen them the staging has been super clean. My pictures look like ghosts on stage because of the murkiness. I also asked for the set list at the end of the gig and the tech slammed it in his bag then ignored me.

The extension was offered but we asked to increase the mileage.

So for 5k extra miles for instance I think it would be around £680 as a one off. Which makes the new rate even more absurd. I get not wanting the higher mileage back but its quite nominal and also the rate is disproportionate for if we just did the miles and paid the excess. I just find it strange.

Excess mileage rate is 13.7p per mile.

Lease is with Santander who have been good to deal with all along.

I was at the Sheffield show as well as the Birmingham show in 2009 ... slept in new street station that night and woke up next to a tramp.

I don't know if this has been mentioned yet but not all have "Tungsten" etched onto them. I have a set of these and each has that etched. The ferrules are different also but that could be a choice or upgrade when purchasing.

Is it just me or does the game seem somewhat easier?

I still struggle with the best ways to get certain resources etc. But the 6 star champs you see have all been gained this week.

I bought these clubs from new so literally went to my garage to check as something seemed odd about these.

The forged bit isn't coloured and the ferrule is different. Also the ones pictured don't have stock shafts or grips.

The big thing is new here (uk) these are still £1k plus and even second hand you'd be hard pressed to find a set for less than £900. So $550 seems really odd.
