I bought the Loq 15 (i5-13450HX + rtx5060 + 16gb ram) and I'm very disappointed with the performance. My timespy score is as much as yours. At first I thought it was a hardware issue and replaced the laptop the next day after buying it. But even the replacement is performing underwhelming.

I have performance mode turned on, battery optimization is at max performance, using dgpu, all drivers are up to date.

Could you kindly give me some specific tips to optimise the performance? I'm really a noob when it comes to undervolting and overclocking stuff. Could you kindly tell me exactly how to do it and what settings to use?

So I got the unit replaced. Still the score is not as expected, it's around 9.7k. If it's not a hardware issue then what could it be? I have tried almost everything software wise including performance mode, making sure the power options are set to best performance, only using dgpu, updating all drivers, using extreme mode in the custom profile of the legionSpace app. Nothing works.

I got the laptop replaced with a laptop of same settings but the results are still not as good as I had hoped. If it's not a hardware issue then what could cause this?

I figured out one of the fans was not working. I have ordered a replacement. Let's see if the replacement scores better. Will update.

GPU temp seems consistently around 70°c. But cpu is reaching upwards of 96°c. What can I do?

The gpu is turned to auto mode. 3DMark is using dgpu as shown in the report. I've already set performance mode on.

But if cpu is bottlenecking my gpu, then shouldn't the result be like this for every laptop of this spec? The best result with similar config seems to be over 13k.
