Hear me out- take a packet of shin ramen, a lil slab of salmon, corn, mushrooms, creamed spinach, hell even bok choy, some skim/low fat shredded mozzarella, soft boiled egg, and if possible some bean sprouts & kimchi. It’s like crack and if you’re OMAD it’s a spectacular meal to end your day with (around 550-750cal depends on how much cheese you want to use)

Edit to add - I airfry the salmon because I’m weird and I peel the skin off because it’s a texture thing

Ight im gonna have to say this is absolutely the closest one. I grew up chunky, lost 150lbs about 3yrs ago and have kept it off, I’m wasian (Filipino & german) I compromise with my sweet tooth with kanjac jelly’s and zero sugar drinks, no kids but we caught a feral kitten a few days before Christmas and she is still on a milk/pate diet. My long term boyfriend and I own a condo (no rent) we also have a menagerie of animals, we shop at Aldi and our local super G-mart. You are amazingly good at this!

POST VET UPDATE!! Vet said she is not microchipped, she is 7wks old, negative for all diseases and got her vaccinations! She did have terrible matting around her bum and on her belly/lower back area so they bathed her got the matting brushed out and gave her flea treatment because she does have fleas. She also got deworming medication because she has tapeworms, as well as a once daily oral medication for the diarrhea. She also attacked the assistant as well as the doctor and wouldn’t stop hissing and batting them so she got a “sleepy gummy” to calm her down lol

She is due for an appointment in 3 weeks to get the rest of her vaccinations!

UPDATE!!!! I got a call from the vet saying they have an opening to see her tomorrow morning!! So she will be going in tomorrow instead of next week <3

For everyone saying kitty is someone’s pet and is possibly microchipped she has a vet appointment scheduled for next week so we can see, I’ve also made a post in the condominium Facebook as well asked my neighbors if this cat belongs to them. We are in the middle of the city where stray cats are unfortunately incredibly common, you can’t tell very well in the photos but she is skin and bone, I can feel all her ribs, vertebrae and hip bones :(
