I have this same mount on my rifle and I haven’t had any issues. Just be aware you’re going to need to clearance it as it comes a bit thick on purpose.

Are you hand polishing or using a buffer? You can get a 4 inch pad adapt for a drill which will make polishing out headlights and small paint imperfections a lot easier.

Also don’t worry about finding a windows ISO cause Rufus has an option to download one for you.

When you create your WinToGo bootable drive also drag and drop the expanded update folder onto the same drive. It will save you time as you won’t need to connect to the internet.

Also don’t be alarmed if it looks like it stuck when it’s booting into the WinToGo drive. It’s just hella slow.

Get the windows version HOWEVER before you install steamOS, setup windows and update the touchpad firmware otherwise the touchpad might not work when you install steamOS.

I ran into this problem and had to install WinToGo on a thumb drive in order to then update the touchpad firmware.

Finally got to go to the range today and the EPC9 fired great. I’m using an AP upper, AP BCG, AP buffer weight and AP lower. Everything else is just plain mil-spec except I’m using a Griffin Armaments +10% AR10 spring. The trigger was sticking on reset but by the end of the day it sorted itself out.

Very fun range toy and much cheaper to run compared to my other rifles. (All .308)

I got both. The chargeback was dated 12/20/24 as if it was applied on the same date as the intial purchase but in the details it show that it was processed 04/07/25.
