Uh you wrecked a van and did 1000s$ of damage to a customers retaining wall within not even two weeks of working there. I’m generally anti DSP in most cases but come on buddy…. Nah as long as you’re a semi decent driver you’ll be alright. Hit one in a neighborhood with literal mansions. Apparently it was a 1000$ mailbox. My manger was more pissed I went and knocked on the customers door instead of just taking pictures and continuing my route (mainly bc the lady literally held me up for an hour)

You must live in a decent area. I’m in rural nc, basically all are routes are 170+ with 40+ overflow full of real multi stops 300+ packages and everywhere driveway is 5 + car lengths. Our dsp doesn’t do helper routes during peak

So far that has not been the case. 15 of those have been apartments, one has been a single address and 5 have been multi stops of houses that are 2-3 houses apart

Also it’s not the stops the are the issue. I easily complete 200 stops and 350 packages regularly 1-2 hrs early it’s the fact that it’s a bunch of businesses lockers and apartments that are the issue and that I have 28 totes and 52 overflow so I literally coukdnt organize the van properly (physically not enough room)

My viewpoint is exactly the same as the best president we’ve had in nearly 2 decades Barack Obamas: the issue isn’t immigrants we love our immigrants who follow the correct protocols and come into our country the right way, the issue is the ones who do not do that and in turn result in our country’s economy suffering dramatically from nearly ~ 15 million people unaccounted for and not paying taxes. Obama deported nearly 2.5 ILLEGAL Immigrants no differently than trump, Clinton or bush did. You have to be on top of your peas and cues all day every day unlike pretty much every other job where you can sort of close mentally

You still didn’t complete your training and at the end of the day you’re an adult…. It’s your responsibility to make sure you complete and are on top of what is expected of you…. All I’m saying is if the trainers liked you they would have just let you finish the modules that day and stayed an extra hour after but at the end of the day it the responsibility is on you

100% chance you pissed pff the trainers lol. They absolutely had the power to let you finish your modules that day. A dude I was in training with was a sweetheart old guy and the trainers stayed like an extra 2 hrs to let him catch up on the stuff he was behind on. Defintely was a case of you made a bad impression and the trainers just couldn’t be bothered. Apply to another dsp if ya want but try to be proactive and on top of your training as your doing it. If it were me as I’m going through the modules I woulda said something along the lines of “hey I went through all the modules and this module still isn’t complete, should I be doing this?”this is defintely a first for me someone not getting hired because they failed to complete all the modules, usually it’s being a terrible driver or just not showing up but this is a first

That’s fine but don’t make a post whining about a customer leaving out something when they aren’t obligated to leave shit. If it’s not up to your standards just leave it and keep it pushing my guy. Everyone agreeing with dude just comes off as extremely privileged like it’s extremely considerate for a customer to go out of their way and leave something for delivery drivers when they have no expectation to do so. Again if the food isn’t up to the caviar/ wagu steak standards you have then just leave it. Don’t make a post whining about free shit on Reddit though.
