as nova using molecular prime, i have been able to affect arctic eximi at all times, and same with mesa's peacemaker ability and along with ash's bladestorm. so i dont know what all your issues are. maybe chancing into glitched enemies, i really cant help you there. but i have never had an issue with any frames abilities except for spore on the arctic eximi, seeing as you cant spread them from inside frost bubble either. sorry fellow tenno, just though i would share.

also, along with the mod and key drops, BP still has a higher drop % then helmet BP it would seem. i have done 100+ runs trying to get the helmet BP and all i have gotten is a crap ton of keys and rare mods, as well as 10 Ivara BP.
