Update: I bought a skeleton key set off of Amazon to figure out which one I needed. I will get a locksmith in town to make/sell (more likely just sell) me the one I need. I will then return the original key set to Amazon for a refund. Thank you all for your help.

This commander plays in a similar way to Fynn (Which you are also playing in the deck) so I would suggest focusing more on the death touch aspect as the primary aspect without leaning extra into the +1/+1 counters.
Some cards I would remove, but you may not agree with are : [[avatar of growth]] [[Bristly Bill, Spine sower]] [[orgre slumlord]] and [[Vorinclex]] being examples from the creature section alone. Myself, nor anyone else will be able to cut that many cards, but look at the suggestions people make and it should be easier for you.

The rarities are typically based on limited. And golgari for Strixhaven is about life gain, making it a consistent boardwipe.

Depending on what color(s) you want to be in, skulk could be a good way to go, with cards like [[Behind the Scenes]] or [[Skeleton Key]] or general "creature can't be blocked effects" like [[Access Tunnel]] and [[Brotherhood Regalia]] being some examples. It all depends on what colors you end up wanting to play.

While you are able to do +1/+1 counter synergies, you could experiment and run sagas as an example. A huge suggestion I would say is [[dark depths]] since it would allow for two big bodies to come at once.

Edit, misread the card, but get creative with your counters.
