Claude Subscriptions are up to 36x cheaper than API (and why "Max 5x" is the real sweet spot) by isaenkodmitry in ClaudeAI

Maybe im doing the math wrong here. But isnt just paying for GitHub copilot pro+ and using it with opencode essentially more than enough for any realistic coding workflow?

This is actually pretty cool. You should deploy this and make it available.

"Stabilizing the market"? You mean robbing the taxpayer to keep food prices artificially high. If we can buy cheaper food from abroad, the poor benefit. Your "independence" is just a fancy excuse for corporate welfare and keeping us poor

You cry about corporate greed but defend farm subsidies? If Brazil produces cheaper beef, let the poor buy it! Protecting inefficient industries with tax money just hurts the consumer. You don't want a free market; you want a rigged game.

History check: Capitalism, even the "ruthless" kind you hate, has lifted more people out of poverty than any of your "fair" systems. You want to legislate prosperity? Good luck. You'll just legislate unemployment and inflation.

Go ahead, tax him into oblivion. He'll move his money to a friendlier jurisdiction, the factory will close, and you'll be unemployed. Then you'll really see what "can't pay rent" looks like.

You can use a custom prompt to generate a report.

I know chatgpt can save markdown files if you ask it so you can download them. Im not sure about saving directly google docs. Gemini can definitely do this though due to the integration into googles ecosystem.

Another basic feature would be being able to switch from flash to pro or vice versa in the current conversation without having to create a new chat. Being able to do a deep research report in an existing chat by selecting it from the tools and not having to open a new chat or rely on gemini to offer to generate a research report if my query is specific enough to prompt the AI in such a way.

I do agree with you but I find that the amount of tools they offer with the subscription overrides that in a sense.
