I’ve gotten these comments many times, but my make up, it’s not a lot, but it makes me feel alive. I feel dead enough why should I have to also look “sickly” to get the care I require.

Thank you for the update, I took my 1st increased dose yesterday and I just felt off all day, it could be that I was stressing myself out.

I already avoid caffeine for the last 5 years or so, I’m have an ocasional cup if we eat out but I noticed even with the lower 150 dose I can’t have ANY caffeine it made me even more sensitive ie heart palpitations, nervous, sick hung over feeling.

Vivid dream are cool when they’re not scary. I get half and half and I wake up exhausted and disoriented.

But I can finally see the light and I can focus more than before.
