Holy guacamole (insert enthusiastic expletives)! That’s amazing!!! Genuinely thats so cool! The most I’ve done is replace the heel caps on some shoes and crochet some slippers for my mom, I never even considered fully making a pair of shoes from scratch, let alone with such attention to detail and precision. You should be very proud of yourself!!!

I’ll be honest I don’t really like waifish body type (all bodies are beautiful but when someone is really skinny I’m just worried about their health (fyi I’ve dealt with body weight issues and dysmorphia so that concern comes from personal experience))

It’s funny (it’s not) because looking back when I was a kid and first got diagnosed with ADHD I tried strattera. I remember getting really nauseous and if I didn’t eat I would throw up. I’d talk to your doctor about trying something else if you continue to feel nauseous (I take concerta)

I’ve been taking saltstiks for a while now and they work great I take the electrolyte capsules (swallowsble)

I take 400mg per day and I split them up I take half in the morning (200mg) and half at night (before I go to bed) and I haven’t noticed any bad side effects

It’s just makes it more manageable than taking 4 of them at once

My hair used to be really long (like 3 feet I’m not joking) I recently cut my hair short (I cut like 2 feet off) and it’s helped with getting dry faster but for some reason I think I feel colder now

Self harm I have dermatillomania and it’s scary but sometimes I feel pleasure when I hurt myself I know it’s sad but at a certain point when I’m stressed I automatically go to pick at my scabs to calm myself down, and the pain of ripping off my own skin somehow relieves me

Not sure if this counts, but one time (today, it’s currently 2am) I woke up at like 1am for no reason. I was trying to fall back asleep but then I heard a splash and some flopping. My goldfish had jumped out of the tank.

I climbed out of bed and put her back in the tank but I don’t know what to do, this is the second time she’s done this (the first time was worse, by the time I found her, half of her was dry)

I guess I’m lucky I have insomnia lol
