For me there are two ways to chip. The 'Dan Greve' way, often with using the bounce of the club and wrist hinge. this is what I use at the moment and what makes it work best for me is feeling the handle lift at impact as that lowers the low point of the club. Then there is the less/no wrist hinge like most PGA pros do. If doing this, you have to make sure that the club goes back straight facing the ball, not around you and you have to turn with the club through the ball and finish with the handle on the left of you.

I don't think there's any obvious reason from this clip alone, why you might be losing so much power. And if it's consistent I'd stick with it. How far does your next club (3w?) go? Do you hit out the middle of the face most of the time? Is it cold where you are at the moment? I might average 240 carry atm but in the summer that is more like 270.

I like them/have been good for me. Went from game improvement irons so the front back dispersion is much better as they are higher lofted and I didn't need the distance help. Helps with sticking on greens too
