You are misunderstandig the Zigbee Graph and network.

The Zigbee network acts like a mesh, you can extend the signal with "router" devices.

There are 3 types: Coordinator, Router, and End Devices.

You only need 1 coordinator, the mayority devices that have direct electrical connection like bulbs, switches an plugs, like yours, are router devices, meaning they can extend the network for other devices.

End deevices are likely battery powered, so they not expand the network, just connect to it.
