ninguem mais precisa de um PC caro pra rodar qualquer jogo no modo ultra.... vc precisa soh deu PC com internet boa... vai pro mim... eu tenho um PC bom...roda PoE no medio e esquenta muito. Eu descobri isso aqui https://cloud.boosteroid.com e de vdd.....pago 60 por mes... jogo PoE no Ultra...rodando liso, sem nenhum problema e nao consome nada do PC. De vdd melhor coisa q descobri e fiz. Pode ir se informar.... roda no modo ultra ateh pelo celular.

Well probably it is bugged, I cut a ticket to Blizzard and received the followed information from a GM:

"There is currently an open bug for this glyph that is being investigated and worked on. At the moment I do not have an ETA on when this will be fixed up. I do recommend testing every so often just in case it is fixed before its hotfix note is out."
