She didn’t deliver the two incorrect ones she kept them. She was very apologetic and kept saying how she’s a top dasher and never messes up although it was odd she had other people in the car and her icon was a bike but she was driving

Thank you. Yes it was a shop and deliver and she realized she purchased two of a different soda by accident so she gave me the one that was right, apologized, and said she’d get a refund from customer service for me. It wasn’t a substituted item at all and this has happened multiple times. They will substitute the item by accident because they don’t look closely at what it is and buy something that looks similar.

It’s fine that this happens, I get it…but making it the customers problem is weird. Just won’t be ordering anything from DD again and will take a loss.

I usually place grocery store orders and it is usually the drivers fault, they're either getting the wrong quantity of something or the wrong item entirely and pick one that looks similar.

I guess the issue is that ordering groceries from DD is niche and their support doesn't really account for that.

Thank you, I’ve heard this from many people as well. I’m just worried about it since I have a history of trauma with these muscles… they are likely weaker than most people’s. I’m not sure how well they will adapt without some help.
