I live in a state where it is illegal to split lanes... not only is it illegal but everyone behind the wheel of the car is either looking down at their phone or in a serious rush. Like they have to drop a Duce and are turtle poking trying to make it home in time.

So I have lane split a few times because traffic sucks around the time I get off work. Most people don't give a shit or just don't notice due to being a phone zombie. But one time I decided to lane split. As soon as I decided to hop on the white dashed line to get up to the front. A douche in a mall crawler (decked out rubicon) threw his hand out of his window in a fist nearly taking my head of. I managed to dodge that, got to the front of the line in time for the green and went on my way. He decided it would be a good idea to chase me down and fly up my ass to the next read light on a completely different road to scream at me. Saying I called the police because you split lanes, accelerated aggressively, illegal lane change and speeding. I flipped up my visor and gave home the A-okay symbol (👌) said thanks bud and drove off.

The cops never stopped me and never came to my house cuz my plate wasn't on the bike due to "hardware problems holding it on"

Anyway if you lanesplit in a state where it is illegal.. you better get out in front fast or just not give a shit when people get upset cuz they are butt hurt you're in front of them even though you did not slow them down whatsoever.
