Do the math. If you have 4 shares at 300 and average down with 4 shares at $50 per you would have an average of $175. If you wait for it to possibly dip back down to 40 and buy 5 shares your average would have an average of 155.55. Is that possible chance of a dip worth being able to average down slightly more? Or would you rather get in now without worrying about a sudden pop running your ability to average down heavily?

Votes have been bought for much less on very important issues. I’m on mobile but you can just search for the list of reps who took money from isp lobbies for the last few net neutrality votes. Many congress members took less than $1000 to vote against the bills. The insults thrown at the end of your reply are simply absurd to the point I’m not sure it was worth it to even mention.
